NEW POSITION OPENING – TEST ENGITEER

Field: HVAC-R Systems (Cooling/Heating for Automotive)

Workplace location: Brno, Czech Republic

Position Overview:
We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Test Engineer, responsible for the
preparation, execution, and documentation of tests for automotive thermal systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute tests based on customer requirements and the test matrix.
• Prepare test benches, ensuring proper connection of components and sensors.
• Check system cleanliness, sealing, and correct refrigerant charging.
• Record and archive test data following company standards.
• Maintain a test logbook and communicate regularly with the lab leader.
• Take care of test benches, tools, and perform basic maintenance and calibration
  checks.
• Follow all safety procedures before, during, and after testing.

Required Skills:

Technical:

• Basic knowledge of measurement equipment and sensors.
• Experience in HVAC-R or thermofluid testing.
• Ability to independently assemble test setups.
• Experience with data acquisition systems is an advantage.

Personal:

• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety.
• Clear communication and hands-on attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.
